Admission Do’s & Don’ts
For safety and security, visitors are required to follow the registration procedure outlined below.
Pre-registration:
• Step 1:
Complete the online form

Complete the online Registration Form, and have the confirmation
e-mail
on hand (printed) upon arrival.
• Step 2:
Pass the checkpoint
Pass the checkpoint
Pass the security checkpoint (baggage inspection and metal
detector) to
enter the fairgrounds.
• Step 3:
Present your ID
Present your ID
Present your ID at the “Security Check-in” counter – Thai ID card
for
locals; original passport for foreign visitors – and wear the “Pass” sticker on your
garment.
• Step 4:
Obtain your badge
Obtain your badge
Proceed to the “Pre-registration” counter and present your
confirmation
e-mail, ID, and “Pass” sticker. Then take a digital photo to obtain your badge.
Walk-in registration:
• Step 1:

Pass the security checkpoint (baggage inspection and metal
detector) to
enter the fairgrounds.
• Step 2:
Complete the online form

Complete the online Registration Form by scanning the form at the
lobby,
and have the confirmation e-mail on hand on your device.
• Step 3:
Present your ID
Present your ID
Present your ID at the “Security Check-in” counter – Thai ID card
for
locals; original passport for foreign visitors –and wear the “Pass” sticker on your
garment
• Step 4:
Obtain your badge
Obtain your badge
Proceed to the “Walk-in Registration” counter and present your
confirmation e-mail, ID, and “Pass” sticker. Then take a digital photo to obtain
your badge.
Important:
You must bring and present your ID, not a photocopy or picture on
your
mobile device
– Thai ID card for locals; original passport for foreign visitors.
The dress code is business or smart casual.
No shorts, sandals or slippers allowed.
No weapons or weapon-like objects allowed.
No smoking allowed – including e-cigarettes.
No unauthorized photo or video shooting allowed.
No pets allowed.
No children under 10 allowed.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any badge
holder who
does not comply with the security procedures set out by the Organizer.
